The Duke of Northumberland presents a Thanks on Vellum for Newbiggin Lifeboat Station to Mr Stan Green.
The Duke is then presented with a specially autographed picture of Newbiggin Lifeboat Station, it's crew, and Branch and Ladies Guild members.
